Frank Miller About The Dark-Knight

Frank Miller has revived my love for comics many times(graphic novels, whatever) he is a genius. When I read "The Dark Knight Returns" back when it came out, I was stunned, and amazed. I do not know what he talks about know(I do not care, thats him not me)but he is talented, and worth his weight in gold. I hope he does something else soon.

Every time I reat TDKR, I remain utterly blown away at how awe-inspiringly good it is. It is a masterpiece among graphic novels, and I can't help but wonder at where Frank Miller went so very, very wrong afterwards.

i disagree in that i think DK2 was also amazing and maybe ahead of its time. I even think Allstar Batman and Robin will also grow more popular over time but not to the same extent.

TDKR is one of the greatest achievements in comic book history aside with Alan Moore´s Watchmen. I donpt think any of them are way from being literary masterpieces.

Klaus Janson is one of the finest inkers to have ever worked in comics. His work was a GREAT contribution to this series (or didn't you read DK2?!)

yeah. He IS Talented, but i prefer it to be Frank doing the inks. Janson's work just doesn't fit TDKR. but Klaus is a fine inker.
