On mine, The HDR capture mode is grayed out in every menu. Disappointing.

HDR will gray out if set to a RAW format. Make sure it’s set to JPG.

Multi Exposure does this very well also, and you can use up to 9 images on the K10D.

@SpeedFreakNO Really? Does the K10D actually change the exposure of the shots? I thought, unlike the this video, the K10D simply combines 9 images at the same exposure.
