The mind of one sex and the body another - so in that sense, not wholly biologically male or female... as an intersexed person is, since the brain is structured as the opposite sex. In terms of gender, they identify 100% as male or female. I, myself, identify as genderqueer. For people like me it's most accurate to say we're not a man or a woman.
