Have you thought about purchasing a cheapo electric juicer? I bought one at wally's for $10 or so.. maybe 15... I make my red grapeftuit/orange/lemon juice with it. Couldn't imagine hand squeezing...

the tea does cause cramps. i thot the salt was spsd to be uniodized? great luck on ur cleanse. i fnished one a couple weeks ago but will di it again mid march. also lost 14lbs!

@agadonk The salt is not iodized. I'm using Hain Pure Foods brand Sea Salt and the packaging says it does not supply iodide.

i bought a little one at big lots (or maxway) for $10. Do you have a big lots?? it's strictly for citrus fruits. you push the fruit down onto the juicer and it pulls the juice into a pitcher. i love it!

@libbymarshae The weight gain is not permenant unless you do something to keep it. If you go back to your same life you gain the weight back eventually.
