Ok.... interesting. I do think the song was an inappropriate choice. I don't expect most of you to understand/agree with this but I would like to point out that TLC's show "Toddler's and Tiaras" is intended to be an expose of the deranged behavior of exploitative parents and their victimized children... if you actually watch the show, it is actually quite critical of pageants and the personalities that participate in them. While I'm not a fan of child beauty pageants, I find some of the responses here more than a bit ridiculous. Little girls have been playing dress-up with their mothers' clothes, shoes and make-up forever; not only is it perfectly normal, child psychologists believe emulating adult behavior is an essential part of growing up. A few posters here seem to have missed the process of maturation altogether. How sad and disturbed they are.
