I know some guys who purposely run the rear's backwards....they say it helps if you have to back up in a hurry in order to get acceleration forewards for momentum. This is for a "Bogging" situation more than crawling though.

Slapped everything back on without noticing (lack of sleep) until it was in the trail. Corrected it first thing when I got home. Look at the picture @ 3:52 (that was taken after the run...tires were put back on correctly).
