Do some study on basic photography. The photographs and footages show no stars in them because they were exposed for the daylight lit lunar scenes. This badly underexposes any stars in the sky. Watch all the thousands of photographs made by Space Shuttle missions or the ISS. You won't find many starry images there either.

I'm just clarifying the logic of the other side. You are bringing up the logic of your side, which is another point entirely, and which may very well be valid. I am taking neither side. I have never seen any photograph taken in space that include properly exposed sunlit objects and stars. These include astronauts on shuttle EVAs, distant planets such as Neptune photographed by Voyager, even the sky in the Gemini 12 EVA footage remains stubbornly starless despite parts of it being filmed on the night side of Earth. Note also that thse photographs are taken by all space agencies, not just NASA.

Honestly the only way I can think of to conclusively prove this, is to calculate the albedo of a sunlit moon...Then figure out with some calculation or another just how bright the stars WOULD be in an airless enviroment. Then take a camera that matched the Lunar ones. Go into a dark room with a spotlight for the Sun, strung up some LEDs of he correct luminosity. Then photograph away & see what happens.

It now appears that Hollands moon rocks that NASA gave them are in their Natural History Museum. Most of the Apollo 11 moon rocks given as gifts are only 0.05 grams & are encased in plastic balls. The rock in this video weighs 88 grams & is mounted differently so that makes it suspicious. Drees grandson said Drees was nearly deaf & blind in 1969 so "He may have formed his own idea about what it was."

In the article it is also mentioned that the rock changed hands at least twice between its first presentation and being presented to the museum. Anybody who had access to it could have stolen the original rock and replaced it with a fake. The moon rock was worth a lot of money. I'd like to see if there are any PRE-museum photos of it.

So this proves absolutely nothing about the authenticity of he Apollo missions or the honesty of any NASA personnel.

Let's see what the investigation reveals.

Rocks can be passed off as moon rocks to just about anybody who isn't a geologist. Conspiracy theorists say this or that method would work. Easy to claim, yeah. But how many of them have tried to pass off such a rock to a real geologist.

There are at least two unambiguous ways I know of for determining if a rock is from the moon -- even if it's the first one brought back. CTs can fool other CTs but not the PhDs.

First of all, the opening of this dumb video contains a stupid failure. What about the word "STARTS".

Secondly, this little piece of wooden moonrock is a laugh here in the Netherlands. The two geologists that examined it and confirmed the fakery (within 1 hour) are soon going to be killed by the evil NASA. That is, if you follow the dumb logic of the conspiracy theory.

The rock was originally gifted to Willem Drees in 1969 by then US ambassador William Middendorf, not the Apollo astronauts. It was in Drees possession until it was donated to the museum in the 80s after Drees death. It could have been switched at any time or it may have been fake from the beginning with Middendorf trying to impress Drees. This one fake rock does not disprove the moon landings. There are still several hundred kilos of real moon rocks around.
