@SUSPECTISBEAST the SS of course, no doubt in my mind, bumble bee is one of the best looking cars out there, offers more performance for half the price tag. and i kno bunch of ppl are gonna say the SS is not as luxurious as BMW. but ultimately you're buying a two door sports car, neither one of them was built for comfort.

This car is pretty nice in the way that it sets itself apart from the traditonal 3,5, and 7 series styling of BMW.

But why is this car not as popular as the other 3,5 and 7 series? Is it too expensive or is their some other reason?

It's a full $20k more than an M3 or 550 and just shy of double the cost of a 335. If you want comfort you'd go with the 750 for the same price. The 6 just doesn't make much sense price-wise in the lineup.

And you get that hideous bootlid. That's the only part of the styling I don't like, but I hate it enough to look elsewhere.

the 6 series hasnt been in production since like 1987 or something like that either, so it hasnt had the time to evolve as the 3 5 and 7 have, making them more of a staple than the redesigned 6 series, not to mention its like right in the middle of the 5 and 7 series in pricing, so you might want a bit more bang for your buck like an M3 or M5, and everyone knows you cant touch Motorsport division
