Proud to be Canadian. I wish our volleyball program where better tho... We have so many high schools that don't have a volleyball team. Out of like 25 english cegeps in Quebec, mine is the only one who has a vball team... Plus now McGill (one the the most prestigious universities in the world) stopped the mens vball team cause of budget cuts . I wish our country would give more support to volleyball instead of hockey ( which is still a great sport) all the time.

Quebec gave birth to world champions like GSP. Hockey players like Lecavalier, St-Louis, Gagner,Brodeur, Luongo, Fleury etc. Gold medalists like Alex Despatie, Alex Bilodeau, Hamelin Brothers.

In the past- M.Richard ,Lafleur, Roy, Beliveau... These guy all make the top 30 all-time NHLers. And so many more...

What about Manitoba ?

BTW, we have 4 players on team canada and what about manitoba ?? Only 2... How sad is that, asshole.

Just admit your wrong, Quebec makes WORLD CLASS athletes, compared to Manitoba( which is still a nice province)

@ski4life19 considering the funding and population gap between Quebec ( which gets a ridiculous amount of money from the feds) and Manitoba. What about Clara Hughs, j.toews, Israel adonijae, jon montgomery, Cindy Klassen, terry sawchuk, bobby clark etc. . Now, with substandard funding and infrastructure, that's a pretty diverse and succesful list. May not be on par with BC, Ont, or quebec, but it's not half bad. also 4 players on the national team go to school in manitoba, only three in quebec.
