Her name is steele, I guess she was just a session singer hired to do vocals on the music, they did that a lot in dance music in the late 80s and early 90s in Europe, use vocalist simply for their vocals. Felix is actually a techno DJ, known for using famous female vocals under a techno beat. He used Jomanda 1989" don't you want my love" chorus to get his 1992 hit " don't you want me". He should have put felix feat steele. She is a british artist,. That song came out in 1992.
