Couldn't agree more!!! And a real good choice for each of the team, playing the parts they do!! Vic as Pertwee is priceless, and Lamarr as Tom Baker, smashing the guitar into the front of the speaker... ! LOL!
In fact it's a bit naughty toward the end, really, with the 1st Doctor just slapping the guitar as if he's forgotten what he's supposed to be doing...
Indeed!! That yell from 'No.4' at the end actually does sound like Tom Baker, IMHO - if it's at all possible to judge a sound-alike from a shout!! ;-)
Good call - it could quite easily have been. But I do remember Janet-Street Porter suddenly realising it was Paul McGann, although I'm not actually sure what Vic & Bob's response was, now I think about it. You could be right....
I agree!! First time I ever saw it I thought "that's so naughty, but it works!!!". The poe-face on Matt Lucas when he drops the drum-sticks is excellent, too, but I think Vic Reeves looks very impressive as Twerpee!!.
LOL! That's funny,I get it plenty,THE WHO! And what do ya know? There's Matt Lucas as the 2nd Doctor,that's a first!

Three of my favourite things in the world are Vic and Bob, The Who and Dr Who so to have them all fused together is heavenly!

It's like perfection on toast. I love The Who, Dr Who and Shooting Stars! It's great that they have a new series. Thanks for posting.

@ProfessorMagnusPrime
I think it was round the time of the TV Movie, so it'd be No.8 - Paul McGann.

At the time this show aired (early 1996, I think) Paul McGann was the new 'Doctor', and Janet Street-Porter did, in fact, get it right!
ChrisHoyle 4 years ago
Is this not one of those joke Shooting Stars questions e.g.
"WHO is the current Doctor Who?"
"The answer is yes"
