graduation rates don't indict anything because the public school system is a part of the racist institutions. It also has been proven that blacks learn differently than whites but schools refuse to teach blacks effectively so they are set up for failure. in the USA there is a term called "flyover country". That means the part of America that is racist and uneducated. This part of the country doesn't really matter because the people there are backwards. But, for some reason, they still have voting rights and this is why the candidates visit those states and pander to the uneducated people. But in reality most in USA don't care for flyover country and important people live on either coast.
most of the influential people in the USA live on one of the coasts, especially in NY city, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington,D.C. So to do business etc you usually fly (from NY to LA for example). The states you "fly over" are the unimportant states often filled with uneducated or racist people that don't matter.
They may be poor, they may be not be able to go to college, they may be not as influential as the rich people live in other areas.
However, you cannot say that they are not important. They are part of America, they may have the same rights as you have, or any citizen of America have.

I've watched most of the debates between the two candidates. Frankly speaking, Obamba's only shines in prepared speeches. When it comes to the real debate, his words are contentless and clamorous.
Race shouldn't be an issue but unfortunately whites have made it an issue. White people need to realize that less than 50% of the babies now born in the U.S. are white and almost 100% of the immigration to the U.S. is non-white. America is now a multi-cultural country and it's fitting that an intellectual and well-educated African American be our President. White people need to start embracing non-European and non-Christian values and not do what ignorant whites do and vote for Hillary.
Why? Those values failed everywhere else in the world. Then these "others" drag their garbage onto America's shores, and look at the crime rates escalate and the schools tank. Well, if you want to be honest about it. Funny you'd call those voting for Hillary the racists when it was Obama who drug his family to a racist, hate-filled church for 20-years without a thought about it corrupting himself, his wife, or his children. So why vote like "ignorant blacks?" Or are only whites "ignorant?"
