  • Of course, it was more of an incident, rather than a "case study." I think a case study is defined as "an intensive study of a single group, incident, or community." I don't think my telling someone to get on twitter was a case study, but what do I know - I never went to business school.

  • Again with the "Justin are french" stuff, I think its "Justin is french" - singular/plural. I caught this on another post of yours. Anyway, I just want to say that I thought this was a fantastic idea, and even applied it. Yesterday I was at the car wash and this guy was washing my car and I asked him "have you heard of twitter" to which he responded "que?" and I said "twitter. It's this new site where you can tweet to people. Are you on it?" And he said "no" And I said: "well get on it"

  • Pay It Forward in no way shape or form is a movement that YOU started. Not even when you add he name "Twitter" in front of it. Paying it Forward does not mean having people tell other people about something that benefits YOU. It is the non-selfish gesture of doing a kind deed for someone simply for the hope that the person you helped will then "PAY IT FORWARD" with another good deed to someone else. What you are talking about is called "Word Of Mouth."
