NH: Prosecutor drops petty charges against Free Stater

What was malicious about it? He didn't have his car registered so he was charged. I'm glad he got out of it, but there's nothing malicious about it.

There are a few cases in NH; I mistaken this for another case

I think this is the case where the defendant wants to take issue with local government writing onerous rules that usurp mans inherent freedom (Liberty) under the US Cosntitution
