If I do eat dairy products, I make sure that they are free-range and organic. People have double standards. They say it's ok to eat a cow but it's not ok to eat a dog. It's horrible. I decided to turn vegetarian about a month ago, and it's not that hard. For the first few days you miss meat and start to run out of food ideas, but after a few weeks, it's ok. And vegetables are tasty. I still eat fish, though.
If you really want to be vegetarian you could always go and talk to a doctor about it , vitamin tablets or diatary supplements would help to stop you from becoming ill. I was worried about that when i first went vege but as long as you eat the right things with the odd iron tablet its not normally a problem. Hope that helps :)

ok i don't support circuses.. zoo's are there to protect animals and they treat them right as long as zoo is kept up. but this is cruel. i hate animal abusers. i am protective about every animal. god gave animals for us to eat.. to have as pets but not to abuse and FORCE to do things.

These so called workers probably started working at a young age which would result in certain negative behaviours which they greatly need to positivley devlep. They need to be educated so they become aware of certain aspects in this world, so they can think before they behave. It's horific that they leave these incredible creatures to these narrow minded,not educated, evil creatures.

what I find pathetic of these people is that they are just trying to satisy their miserable lives by abusing these animals. During anceint times when elephants were used by saltons, they weren't abused to be trained. People usually just want to have power over another living thing for some reason it satisfies their adrenal glands but eventually that feeling will disappear then what..it's just routine.

It's horrible. I decided to turn vegetarian about a month ago, and it's not that hard. For the first few days you miss meat and start to run out of food ideas, but after a few weeks, it's ok. And vegetables are tasty. I still eat fish, though.

If you really want to be vegetarian you could always go and talk to a doctor about it , vitamin tablets or diatary supplements would help to stop you from becoming ill. I was worried about that when i first went vege but as long as you eat the right things with the odd iron tablet its not normally a problem. Hope that helps :)

hello, i think it would be easy for you to go vegetarian.. look at the "meet your meat" -video (also from peta). there you will have a look into this industry of pure cruelty... i became vegetarian after just one day, but i felt as you pretty long before i decided to never eat meat again... i was vegetarian for 6 months then i became vegan.
