UFC (Underwear Fighting Conditions) have sanctioned rules. If a true grappler tries to fight a professional Kung Fu fighter or Karate fighter he would lose without gloves. That is what happened to the Gracies. They thought too many grapplers were in UFC and it was time for them to go to K1 but when they went to K1, they got kicked, punched, choked and pummeled because they didn't realize that grappling was very limited.
I have been to a professional Choy Ley Fat Kung Fu tournament and have seen the paramedics ambulance sit in the corner. Every full contact fighter was there from many different Kung Fu style of discipline. Every fight, somebody would end up in the stretcher and they were pulled into the ambulance car. So if I were you Houseoffalseaction, I would pay attention and understand that these arts are deadly and real and I dare you go to challenge like that Karate grappler in black belt got punished.

I truly have a lot of respect for Jet Li and Jacky Chan. Wu Shu is a true art but has been modernized as a sport. In real life fighting situations you have to be prepared for anything and Jet Li is fast enough to prove it. Speed and power overcome brute force. UFC (Underwear Fighting Conditions) have sanctioned rules. If a true grappler tries to fight a professional Kung Fu fighter or Karate fighter he would lose without gloves. That is what happened to the Gracies. They thought too many grapplers were in UFC and it was time for them to go to K1 but when they went to K1, they got kicked, punched, choked and pummeled because they didn't realize that grappling was very limited.

I have been to a professional Choy Ley Fat Kung Fu tournament and have seen the paramedics ambulance sit in the corner. Every full contact fighter was there from many different Kung Fu style of discipline. Every fight, somebody would end up in the stretcher and they were pulled into the ambulance car. So if I were you Houseoffalseaction, I would pay attention and understand that these arts are deadly and real and I dare you go to challenge like that Karate grappler in black belt got punished.

I truly have a lot of respect for Jet Li and Jacky Chan. Wu Shu is a true art but has been modernized as a sport. In real life fighting situations you have to be prepared for anything and Jet Li is fast enough to prove it. Speed and power overcome brute force. Yen trains professional, but this isn't a hobby for Li. It's his life, it's all he's known since before he was 7. In his blood, and although wushu isn't a form of fighting, he does know all the arts, and mastered them all. Can't compare Yen to Li, Donnie is great, but IS NOWHERE ON LEVEL OF LI. Only Bruce is comparable to Jet.
