It's two separate artist that worked on this collaboration, MC psycho is from France I think whilst MC Kwokkin is from Hong Kong. It's something they did over the internet, it was produced by Rebel Studios. Though it's rare to see anything in rap that's not English/(put another language here) this was done, and it truly worked.
