I know what you mean by having a "fat mind." Even when I lost weight I still felt like I was huge. And I just think it takes a while to stop thinking that way. And you shouldn't feel that way you are beautiful!

I totally get your "fat mind" idea. I recently saw a picture of myself from 35 pounds ago and I feel that I still look like that....even though I clearly don't. I think I'll always have a fat self-image.

Yeah. I think what helped me is meeting other people that are the same way and I'm like if they think they are such and such weight then I must be like that too. I don't know if that makes any sense.
