everyone that says this isnt Niko, you are mistaken. All though game was made in different years, San Andreas cutscenes mentioned "Going to Liberty City". For example: That mexican guy you make friends with in San Fierro has a cousin that had sex with CJ and dumped him for a chinese driver and went to liberty city. San Andreas is placed at the same time period, just in different places: San Andreas; Liberty City. Niko was placed in GTA 4 because of the paticular scene. And BTW, the hair is nikos
