  • it helped a bit but parts of it are different from the original :/ thanks anyway it was more helpful than a lot of the other tutorials for this song.

  • Thankss!! this is soo helpful :D

  • :( i can't!

  • It's hard to tell because its blurry but i think brandon has the biggest smile on his face when he plays the end of Enterlude and the crowd starts cheering. 7:56

  • This is a stupid question: but what style/genre of piano music is this?

I have always loved this kind of piano but can't work out what classification it would come under to search for more.

  • This is really good, have a look at my version.. my version is based on the original synth (i picked it up from ear, from the album) your very talented. x

  • could you explain what your left hand is doing during the last part?

  • what are the notes to the last part?

  • @dmbd nooo this guy isn't Brandon flowers...>.>

  • @DylanLamuchcha i was joking..;P

  • Can someone please explain what he meant by the "routine" at 3:42? Thanks :)

  • @XLStress He means play Left Hand E with Right hand that plays E, G#, B and then the left hand that plays B with the right hand that plays Eb,F# and B

  • Really confusing after 3rd section.

  • oh my god....brandon flowers?!?!?!?

  • @dmbd hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, that's funny^^

  • really confusing for begineers

  • very confusing

  • the killers are my favorite band ever!! thanks for helping me learn to play it!!!

  • this is helpful im learing it i love the killers =D

  • This video really helped me learn to play the enterlude! Thanks a lot for uploading it! I plan to learn the exitlude in the future.

  • snd me a link for free copy as well

  • could someone make a tuition video for neopolitain dreams by lisa mitchell i love that song and i cant figure it out

  • B flat, would be the balck note to the left of normal B, G sharp is the black note to the right of G. So general rule of thumb, flat is the black note to the left, sharp is right. i believe notes like C flat would be B and F flat would be E but i dont think people ever even say c flat and f flat. as you can tell....im hardly a music teacher, but i hope that helps you

  • Yeah you are completely right!

  • meh..

  • i feel really chilled out when i watch this lol

  • he's going too fast!

  • ur a gud teacher

  • This has probably been already asked and then answered, but could someone send me a link for a free copy of the sheet music please?

Great Tutorial btw, nice and clear :)

  • love his singing

  • The Killers are who made me want to start playing piano again after almost 5 years. I was so rusty and didn't know where to start. Then I found these video tutorials. I just got through Enterlude, and I just wanted to thank you for helping me get back in the swing of things. :D

  • I think that it's like the T @ the park version, a little bit different that the CD version or for example the Yeah Festival version.

    I think it's excellent :D

And can you put the last synth part of midnight show?? I'd be very thankful

  • Epic! Thank you!

  • can someone write the chords please?

    i cant understand all XD

    thanks

  • Very simple the 1st and 2nd..

    Am'b - B - E

  • hey eepitsfrank ur the retard. sharps and flats can be the same note, like C# and Db , F# and Gb, and G# adn Ab. btw i know what im talking about i took some fucking music theory in scool so dont try to argue ok. do some studying b4 u decide to call some one a retard.

  • haha, you don't ease up, do you?

    :)

  • i think all of your videos are amazing apart from this song the first 3 sections are fine because your explaining the notes and then i lost you, very good otherwise though :D

  • You should teach us how to play the abbey road version.

  • yeaah!!

    I'm with you!

  • @missmarie209 I do have the Abbey Rd. version on my site or DVD

  • ahhh good job but u forgot a line over all gooooooooooddddd jjjoooobbb

  • um no it's not!

  • Very good. But when I hear you play it, it seems like one itty bitty part is missing. I'm not big on playing the piano and I'm not going to pretend I know how, but I listened closely to both yours and their's and it sounds like a note is missing in the beginning. Just my opinion. Other then that, it was excellent! =)

  • i agree, i think hes over cooked it, and left some out..but not bad at all!

  • yeah, this ones a tad wrong. sorry dude

  • i tried to play it along with the song and i played it and there's something missing...i think i'm doing it wronggg....aaahhh

  • Does your DVD has the Abbey Road version?

  • hey i got a request can u like make a video of a extended enterlude played by you????

  • Yay! Great! Thanks u :D

  • wheres the sheet music

  • you forgot the line

"it seems like heaven aint far away"

  • thankyou so much for posting that vid:)

  • a great help, thanks for posting :)

  • i really love your videos but this one doesn't seem to be right :s

or is it just me ?

  • thanks so much mate...ive been wanting to learn how to learn how to play that tune at the end.

I wouldn't be able to play it without you're help.

    Thanks

  • amazing dude

  • Ice CReam Bitches

  • The Killers is forever..

  • It's very good but I'm not sure if it is quite right though... If you could refere us to some sheet music thats available online that would be fantastic. I think it needs going over only in the slightest if anything, but fantastic work and please keep it up.

  • Marv is gay

  • sooo cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITs awesome! GREAT JOB

  • Yeah that would be pretty cool!!! Abbey road version is quality, i've taught myself some of it by ear!!

  • Hi caqn give me somebody the notes from this song ?

i love this song and want to play it too .

  • I mean left at the end, but same notes

  • very good, but you have to play octaves on the right at the end.

  • Yeah, im pretty sure thats what Brandon does :)

  • Great vid, learned alot

  • yea i agree with jackyattheroxy

it'd be cool if u did wat he did

when played when u were young live at

    abbey road

  • u lost me at 4:44

  • cheers man, ur soo sick!

i was wondering if u would be able to do When You Were Young! he plays it on "live from abbey road" is sooo good! pleaseee learn it

  • I disagree with alot of these comments. I wrote all the notes down and I found that they worked out almost perfectly. There were a few spots that I revised, but other than that, it was good. (the part with the F# sounded right after I added an extra note in the left hand... I would say what it was if I could remember :-p)

  • Im sorry mate, but youre (slightly) wrong. The bit where you make the mistake with the F Flat, you miss something out. Im not sure what it is, but it doesnt sound right at all. Not taking anything away from you though, not a bad effort.

  • I completely agree with u cos I wrote the notes down on the computer at my nan's, printed them off, and then I got home, played it on my keyboard and there was definitely something missed out.

  • you rock man, now i can play this song easy

  • this is ssooooooooooooooooooooooooooo confusing

  • wow that really cool man great job.

  • like, though i can play the song myself, how you are explaining how to play it i dont understand shit about it :/

  • I guess so..

  • what? I used one hour to write down all the notes, and when i tried it on my piano it just sounded like crap..

  • you must suck then huh?

  • it makes me feel good

  • btw, thanks cos i learnt this is like half an hour with ur help!

  • dude this is awesome! thank you for the work. nice singing btw! :)

  • thank you so much! incredibly helpful, fun and awesome. nice work!

  • love it....thanks. subscribed. you da man.

  • dude, your voice and piano skills are amazing

  • talented

  • I love your voice your very talented

  • ur brilliant man! - good job

  • you have a very sexy voice

  • That was really cool, nice one. Someone mentioned the keyboard part from the end of Jenny Was A Friend of Mine, that would be awesome if you could try that. Anyone know what voice you would use on the keyboard to get it similar to that part?

    : )

  • Nice video, I am just about to get my piano to learn it.

    Your a champ!

  • Thanks man! I can't wait!! I listen to that part over and over, it sounds so cool :P

  • *it seems like heaven ain't far away

    :P

    otherwise, great tut!

  • OMG, this is the best video ever, great teaching! Now I can play the Killers!! The singing was helpful, but you don't sound anything like gorgeous Mr. Flowers!!!

  • i sound like him on "bones"

  • Well, I haven't heard you yet, I watched that whole video too, you'll have to make one to prove me wrong

  • I wasn't really singing- kind of talking with style so you could tell which part I was at. :) seriously

  • Ok, I'll give you that one. You in a band?

  • That's cool, thanks for the insight into how the Kilers do it. Thanks.
