Sometimes a sadness can become easy for the mind to follow, even throw the event is long past. You may want to make a conscious decision to bring more joy into your life. Um i was meditating and when i looked at the merkaba design on the screen, i can see greys in the design. At around 4:15 and throughout the rest of the video, you can start seeing draconian dragons and reptilian faces. Man if I'm the only one seeing this then I'm too stoned for youtube!

This video is not a spiritual exercise nor does it dwell among the evil. Simply put, it is neuroscience, using sound to stimulate certain parts of the brain.

I do not understand the other comments. I cannot feel anything from this no matter how many times. I have tried Self-Hypnosis, Binaural Beats, and sound-therapy things like this since 1996, none ever had any effect that could be felt or noticed in any way. I understand there are some healing effects to these frequencies. I've gotten some MP3s of them with some really lovely music to go with and I feel great after listening to them in relaxation or during a power nap, I'm wondering, if there is any real benefit to mental/physical health for listening to these, is there perhaps a certain order to listen to the frequencies in? And is it better to go with just the frequency itself? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I'm new to this and find it very interesting. Years ago there was a machine available ( I believe it has been outlawed in this country) that worked on diseases and sicknes which could be cured by sitting in front of it while it was tuned in to whatever frequency one needed to cure their sickness. It even worked on cancer. Can anyone remember the name of the machine and tell me if it works on the same principle as this? It was something like... Rife??

I've been listening to multiple frequencies at once to try to get a better effect. (285, 528, 852 or other line linked frequencies) It seems to be working much better for me then one at a time, although I had problems with headaches when I first started doing this. I don't get them anymore, but I'm still wondering if this is a good idea? It works and I feel amazing, but at the same time something feels off. @Nesisoth Well i think that maybe it's too much to handle. Try with only 2 frequencies at a time then it will be easier for your brain to concentrate on two frequencies rather then three or more. The body has some limitations (limitations are not the same for all, but that's only a state of mind) :D

@avelione Since anger is a human reaction to FEAR and its offshoots like confusion, disorientation, and a general lack of understanding perhaps trying all of the frequencies available here on the web would be a good way to do it. As for myself, I find this one helps me when I am writing and makes me feel spiritually creative in helping others. yes there are lots of us who believe in this type of thing, we are energy vibrating at a certain frequency, when i receive or give reiki with my eyes closed i see colours of all shades swirling pulsating and even when its pitch black i can see colours in my head drug free of course.

@moebiuz I have ptsd, and my real bad symptoms manifest in my dreams. I listen to this when I sleep and I do not have flashbacks in my sleep. I also play this music when I get manic (part of the ptsd I was diagnosed with manic depression.) Believe what you will this does work. Try sleeping while looping music found on various websites and try it yourself.

The one's that call this crap, you have yet to see brain conditioning when faith, spirit and search for anguish anger and negative feelings to go away. You should try it, there are things that Science will never understand, even if they break things. There are things that will forever remain omitted and will only be revealed to some.

I think that this music video is awesome dude. I really love it. We are vibrational beings made up of energy and listening to positive vibrational music really makes me feel good and happy. Thank you so much for sharing. Scientists are always researching, the word implies that what they are searching has already been known, re-searching. One day the scientists will eventually agree with what alternative thinkers, mystics, healers etc have known for millennia, I find this amusing :)

I'm new to this and find it very interesting. Years ago there was a machine available ( I believe it has been outlawed in this country) that worked on diseases and sicknes which could be cured by sitting in front of it while it was tuned in to whatever frequency one needed to cure their sickness. It even worked on cancer. Can anyone remember the name of the machine and tell me if it works on the same principle as this? It was something like... Rife??

J, Always good to connect and see/hear what you are doing. My brother has been struggling with "acute sinusitis" and/or "chemical sensitivity". We found that a tea made from high quality green tea and fresh ground cardamom to be very helpful. This particular video, with an embedded 528 hz frequency, has also been helpful to him. 528 Hz? I mean what is 528Hz here? I know how it works in case of (guitar ) strings (taken separately), that each of them vibrates a number of times in one second , what accounts for the 528hz? Can I listen to it at work?

I've been listening to multiple frequencies at once to try to get a better effect. (285, 528, 852 or other line linked frequencies) It seems to be working much better for me then one at a time, although I had problems with headaches when I first started doing this. I don't get them anymore, but I'm still wondering if this is a good idea? It works and I feel amazing, but at the same time something feels off. Thanks in advance, and thank you for the amazing videos.

@Nesisoth Well i think that maybe it's too much to handle. Try with only 2 frequencies at a time then it will be easier for your brain to concentrate on two frequencies rather then three or more. The body has some limitations (limitations are not the same for all, but that's only a state of mind) :D

I sincerely thank JD for having this amazing frequency available. @moebiuz Beyond the esoteric aspect of 528 Hz, all my meditations contain binaural beats.
Binaural beats are a scientifically proven brain entrainment process that slowly started to gain recognition after an article called, “Auditory Beats in the Brain”, by Dr Gerald Oster, was published in the October 1973 edition of Scientific America. However; binaural beats were initially discovered in 1839 by H. W. Dove, a German experimenter.
This is tuned to 528 Hz, but you can believe what you like.

@moebiuz Your comment is based on the assumption that as of now, science knows all truth. I doubt we have even touched on a tenth of any truth. Ask any genius and they will tell you how much we don't know yet. So what is 'real science'? I can tell you what it's not. It's not torturing small animals for the sake of science, it's not keeping damaging immunizations that do more harm than good out there in use in mass amounts, and it's not ridiculing everything new.

@avelione Since anger is a human reaction to FEAR and its offshoots like confusion, disorientation, and a general lack of understanding perhaps trying all of the frequencies available here on the web would be a good way to do it. As for myself, I find this one helps me when I am writing and makes me feel spiritually creative in helping others.
