The people are laughing because he was doing it as a skit. It wasnt a normal concert, he was doing kinda of a theater type piece which makes this video even more incredible.

i agree with you....i can't stand people who laugh... I mean i understand that his act is great but the song is so beautiful and so sad and raw it's not funny. It's not just in this video in all those videos about cheer's darlin boys and girls laugh a lot but there's nothing special funny in this place. the way he sings this song fills much more my eyes with tears that my throat with laugh !!!! that's how i feel it!!! i've seen pretty much every version of "cheers darlin'" that damo did in his gigs that are on here...and i can say this...this rendition is easily one of the best ..if not the BEST... version of this song - mainly because of his acting for writing this song, very hilarious and witty
