If I'm translating this right, the announcer didn't understand the girl. She said "Tag Adventure" (Taggu). He thought she said duck (dakku), dog (doggu), and egg (eggu). Due to the high-pitched squealing of the girl, I coudl't really understand what she said, but something to do with tag. The announcer then says "This is high speed and tag action". In short, this commercial is a Japanese pun on borrowed words. Random, senseless advertisement, just like we'll find in America.
