I remember having Dr Hooks Greatest Hits on 8-track as a kid, and playing it on my bright orange Radio Shack portable 8-track player. This was one of my favorites from that tape. I have since replaced it with vinyl. :)

man i love dr hook, they are way underrated. Just listen to a few songs and you'll see they can fuckin jam. rough guitars(nothing wrong with rough), the vocals are perfect in nearly every song. I've been listenin to dr hook all my life. My step dad was a bigtime pot head and listened to these guys all the time. @adalstef it's the sound of cassette if you ask me. it would get a 'tinny' thinned out sound while vinyl has more of a staticky, crackle to it. But doesn't lose the bottom end.
