I love the game. It's a refreshing break from the other FPS's which are all fairly cookie-cutter. This game does get psychologically draining and is virtually impossible to play nonstop for more than about three hours. Can't wait for Doom 4!

... Was pretty well done for an fps scare game at 2004.. Anyway as said b4 try Deadspace or Penumbra.

But otherwise i agree Doom 3 begun a bit scary maybe not to you but generally and when the game got going after an hour it was just killing enemies spawning everywhere, but tbh that's what doom is and also thats what doom 4 is gonna be, only action.

dead space didn't scare me one bit and i got no clue what penumbra is...these horror games are too predictable for me it just doesn't scare me anymore movies are the same as a 15 year old it doesn't scare me fuck all anymore

I never got into the doom games for some reason, they always seemed too easy, just pick off the guys before they got close to you and the game was over, guess I prefer harder faced action games better...
