  • The leftist tweak of the day - and it is splodey dopes of the moron demoRATs whose head go boom because they cant refute the truth. GIVE EM HELL EL RUSHBO!

  • The Tea Party want to, as they stated "take back our county"

  • Democrats we all know is now the new republican every one know that Rush I think you need to get back on the oxycotin

  • I am an independant contractor and I hate when commy socialists dems say they are going to create jobs-yeah jobs for the commy unions in return for their vote. Not real jobs not competive jobs that I can bid on, just busy work jobs for other commies.

  • You didn't record the dead air after "sit tight". :D

  • Dittos Rush!!!!

  • School Kids should be taught that the Democrats did all the slavery, secession, segregation and socialism. People need to know the Democrats were the KKK and wiped up racial hatred. The GOP supported the cival rights act for ages.

  • @westedinburgh

Yes you're right except you forgot to mention that all those racist Democrats left the party and joined the Republicans. Strom Thurmond an avid Democrat who was openly racist left the Democratic Party when the party began supporting Civil Rights after the Presidential Election of 1964. So, what does it say about the Republicans if all the racist jumped ship to the Republicans? BTW the KKK allies with the Republicans today not the Democrats (DOJ).

  • @Einsteinbomb "So, what does it say about the Republicans if all the racist jumped ship to the Republicans?"

All the racists? You can only cite a few, yet it's now "all"? Interesting.

  • @DABIGRAGU1

Jesse Helms, Strum Thurmond, James F. Byrnes, Floyd Spence, Arthur Ravenel, Jr., Billy J. Guin, Albert Watson, Mills E. Godwin, Jr., John Jarman, A. J. McNamara, Michael Thompson, and Ed Scogin.

These were some of the most prominent examples of the Southern Democrats in the 1960-70's leaving the party and joining the Republicans because they were either segregationist members or openly racist( Jesse Helms).

  • @DABIGRAGU1

BTW I'm not even listing the openly racist Southern Democrats who supported Republicans ideals but retired from politics as Democrats. And not to mention the all the members that signed the Southern Manifesto that turned to the GOP. I'd suggest you get a book on 1960's politics and read it.

  • @Einsteinbomb "I'd suggest you get a book on 1960's politics and read it."

Thanks for the kind suggestion, however I've been there-done it. bud. I suggest you read from more than one political ideological source.

    I don't play the left/right paradigm game.

  • @DABIGRAGU1

You're very welcome. But, I'd review those books again if I were you because you never know when you miss something the first time.

BTW this has nothing to do with "...left/right paradigm..." when it's a historical fact, friend.

  • @Einsteinbomb Well, I guess that's where we should agree to disagree. During my Vanderbilt years it was widely known and quite common for political ideology to have quite an impact on historical "facts" as you call them, my friend. Unfortunately the left/right paradigm has always played it's part in history, just as in religion or war history. What books would you suggest, I'm game. Too bad we couldn't discuss our philosophical views over a brew, I'll buy. Aloha.

  • @DABIGRAGU1

I'll give you that both the left and right paradigm played a significant role in everything resembling politics as far back as anyone can remember but one thing is for sure, political discourse shifts politicians from political ideology and party faster then anything.

I'd recommend two of my favorites, Strum Thurmond: The Public Man by Joseph C. Ellers and Peace and Freedom: The Civil Rights...by Simon Hall. You're getting both the Conservative and Liberal perspectives.

  • @Einsteinbomb Appreciate it, Einsteinbomb. Aloha.

  • @DABIGRAGU1

    Have a good one :)

  • For Pete's sakes! What a moron that Carson man is. He makes himself look like an ass.

  • @Carrie3570 Carrie my dear, Andre Carson is an ass! LOL

  • @austenbosten Doh! Yes he is, thanks for correcting my mistake!
