Don't judge BF3 by the beta because its just an unfinished version of the final copy. All beta's have some problems and you shouldn't just judge a game by a mini preview. All in all its a very good game and I love playing on a team, so def getting this game.All I can say is give it a try and stop judging a game by some glitches.
