  • When the first video you see of thies group is Crazy About You, this shocks you.

  • i know the dance:) my friend from japan and her little sister taught me it XD

  • I find this hard to masturbate to...

  • Kyary brought me here <3

  • This is so cute! (kinda wish I knew what they were saying tho......) lol

  • This is like the cutest thing evaa LOL

  • What in the world did I just watch...

  • i've been looking for this song for three days. THREE DAYS. so worth it. <3

  • @artielove96 ^^

  • How can anyone dislike this?! Oh my god.

  • nice (kiva) i love this video (minä rakastan tätä videota)

  • i wonder what Mika Todd will think if she ever looked back at her days in Minomoni...? Maybe this one huge sweat bead will appear on her head.

  • @freeloaner30 She replied to an old picture of her and Tsuji in mini moni outfits on twitter the other day.

  • そして、ピョコピョコウルトラへと引き継がれていくのであった。

  • ayakas surprise english lessons, where Tsuji pretends she cant do the lesson cause she's a jankenpyon alien...when they were first learning this... omg :'D

  • @xMcLoven Lol such an angry person. Why are you so angry? I don't think i can be bothered to read all that all i see is "blah blah blah i'm a miserable sod blah blah blah i bitch at people on the internet because in real life when i do it i get beat up blah blah blah"

  • @xMcLoven If you hate it then you could y'know....Not watch it? If you are neither a child nor somebody who enjoys silly songs then perhaps you could move right along instead of trying to force your opinions on others. You're not so important that people care what you have to say.

  • @xMcLoven it's a childrens song. Either you forgot what it;s like to be a kid or you just have zero sense of humour. Either way you are a rarther boring and sad little nan, Must be so dull being you huh.

  • @xMcLoven Then why are you watching it??

  • When this song become No1 in the ranking,

Most of japanese people felt the end of Japan music.

  • Which is the translation for the title?

  • @Sawada497 Rock Paper Bounce. Jankenpon is the Japanese name for Rock Paper Scissors, and since they're rabbits it's pyon.

  • this was number 1 in japan for 17 weeks?

    omg

  • @yuyu776 Wikipedia says that it charted for 17 weeks and it peaked at number 1, not that it was number one for 17 weeks. Still omg though.

  • @yuyu776 It charted for 17 weeks, it wasn't #1 for all 17.

  • @matt1026v3 ok

  • @yuyu776 No, it was on the Oricon charts for 17 weeks. It peaked at number 1.

  • Why does the american lokkin one always dress seprately?

  • whats up with the american looking one?

  • @dukeyxxyz She was born in Hawaii. She used to help teach English to the other kids on the morning show this was featured on.

  • @scottelambertz i kept noticing that she wore different stuff and she didnt look as asian as the rest of them. plus she had the bandana

  • i feel like my eyes just got abused

  • what in the hell is this and how in the hell did i get here o.O..

  • @sal92pixies No idea pyon.

  • Anyone who hates this song, must be Japaneae

  • i like how they must drink milk in ever vid *pretends its sperm

  • WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF D=

  • I love Morning Musume

  • I LOVE THIS SONG !!! :D

  • Additionally, most asians are lactose intolerant. So they may need an incentive to drink it.

  • this works better then weed:)

  • im really fond of this song~!

  • I do not watch this video enough.

  • This song was 10 years ago no.18 in the world charts #mini #moni

  • Why does it always show them drinking milk? XD

  • @TsumasakiIce it may not be milk....with the way they reacted.....

  • @YoYoSlowmo It is milk. The milk in Japan is very sour.

  • @MsSeaKittens

    ...no it's not

yaguchi mari just doesn't like milk

  • @Princesa747 Yeah, it is quite actually. Japanese milk is gross and watered down.

  • @MsSeaKittens

where the heck did you hear that? The milk I had in Japan was just fine. There are plenty of cows in Hokkaido.

Milk is just one of Yaguchi Mari's least favorite foods that's why she's the only one who's grossed out by drinking it

Maybe you just had bad milk. Did you check the expiration date?

  • @Princesa747 Heard it from someone else, then realized quite a bit after I posted that it was ridiculous and never bothered to delete it.

  • @MsSeaKittens @YoYoSlowmo

it's not that the milk is sour, it's that asians have a hard time digesting it since like lack the enzymes to do it. Most are lactose intolerant.

  • who is Ai Takahashi???

  • @pikkuinen1 she wasn't in the group yet. If you listen to their song Crazy about you, she is there, but replaced Yaguchi Mari. :c

  • @nihaojulia okk.. thanks!!

  • DUDE TO MUCH FOR A NETHERLANDS PERSON AAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!

  • DUDE TO MUTCH FOR A NETHERLANDS PERSON AAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!

  • @desfa000 Wit omhoog, wit omlaag, steen papier schaar, steen papier schaar! xD Het zou echt helemaal nergens opslaan in het Nederlands xD

  • @liwrt In het Japans ook niet maar het klinkt kawaii dus ja :p

*kom je ook overal tegen he? xD*

  • my brain just exploded

  • I love mari her pouty face xD

  • I like how the evil bunny is a gaijin.

  • wtf

  • AM I HIGH? O_O

  • Who knew that many years later Ai Kago would be singing jazz numbers and taking her clothes off in various magazines XD she really did sort of fall off the wagon as she got older

  • Basically Mini Moni is a group for kids. .__. ( back in the day ) thts why there MV'S look so EHHH

  • this is mini moni? o.o I only recognize Mika >.<

  • @nyappyburrito

The other three are Mari, Tsuji and Kago. Former Morning Musume members. Mari is now 27, Tsuji 23 and Kago 21

  • what is the meaning of jankenpyon??

  • @yuihoriemsh

It means rock, paper, scissors except they changed pon to pyon which means bounce so in the song it's rock paper bounce

  • |Essa japonesada é de lascar...

  • haha yaguttsan admitted in a TV show that she hated this song xD

Kago-chan looks so young. Cute <3

  • how kawaii

  • RANDOM FUCKIN' SPACE COW MILK :D 0:38

  • ビデオは奇妙です。私は歌が好き!wwwww

  • @NekoFuuu このものが私のお気に入りである その とてもかわいらしい!

    Creepers.

  • @sprintcess01 lol! thats rank? i feel abit sick!lol

  • @oliviaw83 I know... It scares me a bit.

  • @sprintcess01 lol.^_^but it is popular with Female 13-17

Female 18-24 so its not that bad. to other vids.

  • @sprintcess01 lol. did u watch school girl super star at 14, and then watched this?

  • @oliviaw83 Never heard of that. I just came along this when listening to their "Aiin" dance mix, and noticed in the video stats it was popular with males that old... which is kinda... creepy.

  • Comment removed

  • if my friends would know that i listen to this... thahaha xD

  • @pcdfbr LOOOOL your right!!! hahahahahah...

  • is it just me or are they emphasizing the fact that mika todd was american? lol, it felt like those children shows with the teacher going 'ok kids, follow meeee!!'

  • @EliteUnicorn7305

I always wondered why she is wearing a different outfit. She also has a distinctive voice.

  • @HichiroJappy I smell a weeaboo...

  • @Celedam I'm more inclined to think that someone who practically writes a novel on a small topic relating to Mini Moni and make it a big deal is a weeaboo.

  • @Celedam Although I do agree with your statement that the 150cm rule being the reason for Mika wearing different clothes isn't the only reason, considering Kago & Tsuji eventually caught up to her and she still wore different clothes. It was probably due to her body size/proportions.

  • i wish i grew up in japan :/

  • Songs may be childish ... but cute ...cute as the members are ... and commercially successful! First two songs debuted number 1 on Oricon charts ... and led to tons of Mini Moni merchandise and CM for Aibon, Nono and Yaguchi Mari ... propelled them high on the Idol earnings list at a young age. Mini Moni made much more money than any other MM subgroup

  • Mini moni is cool band, but almost all of their songs are kinda childish.

  • @Muffini96 that's who they're geared towards

  • @Muffini96 LOL it's a childish group actually.. that was their intent (except I don't know about Crazy For You though..) xD I love them, this is my favorite subgroup :D

  • why are japanese music videos getting so much views from finland?

  • Rofl... The video isn't as scary as the people who may think Japan is like that. D:

  • who wants to watch what it's like being retarded?

  • 2:35 -2:47

    what song is that from?

  • This song only makes me think about Billy Herrington and his Nico Nico vids. So hott ;-)

  • hey guys! leave a comment saying who your fave mini moni member is because i am doing a tally on who is the most loved mini moni member! choose from:

    aibon kago: 2:21

    nozomi tsuji: 1:18

    mari yaguchi: 2:19

    mika todd: 2:28

and ai takahashi who isnt in this vid! thanks! bye!

  • woo hoo

  • i love mini moni!!

  • where can i get this song????

  • jakenpyon means paper scissors rock right?

  • @minimoniloveice69 Asked and answered already. Please read the previous comments.

  • mini moni's first and best song!!! thank you kazuya14!!

  • So... this song is about Rock Paper Scissors?

  • wait is morning musume related to minimoni? and which one of them is mika todd?

  • the regular minimoni is ALOT better than this!!!

  • poor marippe that has to drink milk..... she does not like milk

  • Comment removed

  • who is at :30?

  • You all should look up "Kizuna restaurant" where old MM members talk about their experiences ... Yaguchi-san did not like this song. and called Tsugi-san a "monster child"

  • actually yagu-chan also said that she didn't like this song on the Tokyo Girls Collection special of Josou Paradise...

  • ludzie dajcie tłumaczenie

  • souvenir souvenir =D

  • i so want this video :(

  • some told to me that "jack en poy" in phillip.. is 'rock, paper, scissor'

dont know if there's some relation with this or something

  • @aiaorui11 well, jankenpyon means rock paper scissors in japanese

  • *sigh* Once again...

    Rock-paper-scissors is "jankenpon," no "y."

Mini Moni -- specifically the Mini Moni bunny aliens -- changed it to "jankenpyon" (rock-paper-boing!).

  • same

  • why don't they like drinking milk?

  • what does jankenpyon mean ?

  • Rock-paper-scissors, i think

  • Actually, rock-paper-scissors is "jankenpon."

Mini Moni -- specifically, the Mini Moni bunny aliens -- changed it to "jankenpyon" (rock-paper-boing!).

  • No.

  • Okay, then -you- explain how "jankenpon" became "jankenpyon." I'd love to hear this...

  • *facepalm*

    Never mind.

  • no, rock paper bounce.

they changed 'pon' (scissors) to 'pyon' (bounce) because they're all bunnies.

  • isn't that basicly what i just said? xD

  • @AkanemaruNayuchi It is. I had the exact same problem with TheSubarashiiProject a couple weeks ago. (Click "Show More Comments" and see.) Some people insist on missing the point...

  • lol, people just want to sound right (quite frankly, that's a bit pigheaded :P)

  • I love this generation of mini moni, maybe even more than c-ute :D but another geeration is pretty awkward :D This song is best, they are awesome ^ ^ thought they don´t speak english very well :D:D

  • xDD see i knew i heard this song somewhere when i was watching the 2009 summer concert, the new mini moni was singing this and i was lie hhhmmm sound familiar

  • mika is so beautiful

  • i'm in love with the one with the cute crooked teeth, don't know their names though :(

  • do you mean tsuji or kago?

  • im not sure what to say...

  • *sigh*

The official reason is never the ONLY reason.

I keep hoping that so-called "fans" won't be so dogmatic about stuff like this -- that they'll be a bit more discriminating between what is image and what is reality -- but I am perpetually disappointed.

As counterintuitive as it may sound, real fans don't take this stuff so seriously. Real fans know how to keep it all in perspective. And in this case, that means acknowledging the Japanese routinely discriminate against "halfsies."

  • In short, stop thinking Japan is some sort of "living anime" dream world where everyone has super powers and the buildings are made out of solid neon. The Japanese are human beings just like us -- they drink, they smoke, they have sex, they beat their wives, and yes, they're more than a little racist against non-Japanese. Deal with it already, because I'm getting sick of explaining this.

  • @Celedam You mean Japanese are just like Americans?! Wow, thanks for explaining!!

  • @HIPFAN1 Your sarcasm is not appreciated. You may know these things, but too many people around here apparently do not. We call 'em "weeaboos" for a reason...

  • @Celedam It's wonderful that you have so much knowledge on H!P, however if it frustrates you that much to inform people then maaaaybe you should stop. Not everyone knows as you and I know but at the same time if your patience runs out that fast to the point you face/palm and get snippy with others then it's headache you for and the person you're responding to. They could be new fans getting told off by an extreme H!P fan.

  • @SapphireHoney92 There's no excuse for being a weeaboo. Mind you, being a weeaboo is more than simply being ridiculously ignorant, insensitive, and/or immature; those things can be forgiven because everyone was a newbie once. What makes a weeaboo a weeaboo is an absurd pride in these traits and an utter refusal to genuinely improve. The minutiae of Japanese pop culture are beside the point; such behavior is shameful and unacceptable in ANY context.

  • @Celedam ....Alrighty then. Didn't know it was like that. Much respect for knowing a great deal about H!P.

  • @Celedam I agree, but you have to agree that Japanese is the most peaceful country in the world, yes indeed there are crimes, but very little, and yes they are quite racist but no one will bother you on the streets xD it's quite a different culture

  • @SilverGunZoO No, I don't agree that Japan is "the most peaceful country in the world." The statement itself is unprovable hyperbole, but beyond that, that sort of "peace" comes at a price that I'm not necessarily willing to pay. Many crimes go unreported because the victims want to avoid public embarrassment, and the culture as a whole is strangled by rigid, unforgiving formality. I don't want to live in a country where simply acknowledging a passerby is seen as aberrant behavior.

  • @Celedam that's your opinion

  • @SilverGunZoO Really? That's all you've got? Don't start with me if you're not going to follow through. You're insulting my intelligence and wasting my time. I'd rather have a heated but still productive argument than a bunch of ankle-biters going "Nyah, nyah, sez you..."

  • @Celedam Sorry I'm not going to discuss with someone who denies professional studies for his own beliefs, that's ignorance.

  • @SilverGunZoO I'm willing to concede there's some study, somewhere, that says Japan has very few reported crimes, but to inflate that into "the most peaceful country in the world" is absurd. It also glosses over the deeper questions of why that is so and whether it's actually a good thing. I could lock an entire population into individual cells and achieve the same "peace." So if you're just going to throw numbers at me, then you're still wasting my time.

  • @Celedam As I said, studies show that Japan has the lowest crime rate in the world, making Japan the most peaceful country in the world, good bye.

  • @SilverGunZoO Wow. Just... wow.

  • @SilverGunZoO ブルシト

  • @yowaikemen 何ですかー

  • @SilverGunZoO in denmark you can leave your babies in their strollers outside the store and noone will kidnap them.I'm not trying to jump in you guys argument but I just had to say that.Besides, you don't know what the cops or the government covers up.With studies you have to look at who is doing the studies and who is paying for them to say a certain thing...that's why you never take a med when it first comes out on the market....because drug companies pay the researchers to say a certain thing

  • @Celedam

    lol... neon buildings
