man if you go explore to far and fail the mission you must be going like 10 klicks! i flank all the time ad in mission 10 or 11 called decapitation, when you have valled in the air strike, to avoid conflict i ran for miles around the map! bigger than any CoD or battlefield map were you get blown up with mortar strikes that wouldnt be there, or just fall to your death...

LOL I just got this achievement....missed with the first shot, watched Helo sort of just crash in the distance, ran towards it, fired last SMAW round as the helo was laying on its side, still intact and blew it up and it popped XD

I'm guessing I hit its underside because that part was on fire when it fell into the trees, bounced, then blew up.

Carnt you get the clear Skies achievement when you shoot the helicopter down?

No you the AA Rocket launcher on ether Level 4  or Level 5

the thing that surprised me is that in this game there is no full on vehicle section i haven driven a tank or a helicopter apart from the last part of the game anyone know if the DLC's will fix this

None... there wankers for that... they say is a huge open world... but if u go explore they say ur leaving battlefield and u fail the mission

You can Download some Downloadable Content for the 360 which allows you to go where ever you want

the map in this game is the largest i have ever played, nothing comes close

everything on this game, except the multiplayer, rocks. i hate the ai in the multiplayer. but co op is good

I did it a little different. from the moment i could see the helo on the map i commanded assault. when the helo crashed(didn't explode!) I shot with my bazooka on the helo(didn't explode) then i shot the pilot and that moment the helo exploded: bam I got my trophy
