Thanks to kailash1951 for pointing out that the chart has networks and hosts backward. at time 0:10 I have the chart showing

Networks:128, 64, 32, 18, 8, 4, 2, 1

Hosts: 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256 THIS IS WRONG

If you notice at Time: 2:05 I refer to the chart correctly.

IT SHOULD READ AS SUCH

CIDR: /25 /26 /27 /28 /29 /30 /31 /32

Hosts: 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256

Networks:128, 64, 32, 18, 8, 4, 2, 1

/30 giving TWO HOSTS & 64 networks.
