I have lived in Boston for five years and, other than watching the Sox win it all in 2004, I have never been more entertained by a sporting figure than when I watch Tim Thomas man the net for the Bruins. The man is so acrobatic and will do anything and everything to get in the way of the puck - screw the "mechanics."

Plus, Jack Edwards is an amazing announcer.

Yeah slapshots should only go in from 25 feet if it goes through the 5-hole. If the goalie has good positioning and angles off tghe shooter he has no net to hit except between the legs.
