@releasetaiwan i was told that would be thrown out but there will be pontiac g6 from 2010 and back but they did stop making them but anybobdy who has a g6 will still be able to get parts for it because theyre still making parts for it but theyre not making the car anymore so anybody that purchases this car will get 2010 and back so there wont be any concerns with purchasing this and that will eventually start making them again.

@seebies - I just have 2007 G6 not a V6 or GT. They aren't bad cars at all. Haven't had any problems with mine. Unless there is a problem with the V6 or GT models that I don't know about.
Other than it's a great car! The 4 cylinder ones are the best to go. Gets about 23 in the city depending on how you drive. Whatever you do don't get a G8 GT! A friend of mine owns one and he says it's a gas guzzler getting only about 12 to 15 in the city. Major ouch.
Funny,you can't even get over 500K on it with the ORIGINAL ENGINE? You had to get a rebuilt engine put into it,new spark plugs and belts and so on? And it is still running strong....yeah,after getting it modified of course....

The G6 is just another maintenance car just like the Grand Am. Not a bad looking interior though from GM, still not the quality of Honda or Toyota, But looks like they were trying before GM discontinued Pontiac.

I know the interior is pretty cheap, but they are very good value for money, and are certainly more interesting/powerful than many of the Japanese econoboxes they compete against. Do yourself a favor and get the V6 though, the inline 4 while competent lacks the torque off the line that makes most Pontiacs a bit special.
Hmm odd, my moms 05' G6 base came with, remote start, and power adjustable pedals, oh and also the 3.5L V6. However this GT doesnt even have what I just listed except the same motor, but it has all the steering wheel mounted controls, and sport shift transmission? I find it odd that a high trim level G6 doesnt have the features my moms base G6 has... Oh well I''d take my 01' Monte Carlo SS over this any day
