Considering how much ST2 differs from ST1, I doubt most ST1 strategies would survive anyway. But yeah - it's gone. It was replaced with the "raven". Look it up on the star craft wiki. (But hey, for comparison, Zerg have about 50% new units)

They have been testing new stuff for their raven units which ones they decide to put in or take out, like hunter seeker mines that are slow but highly unavoidable, target drone pods that can weaken enemies, mini turret drop pods that will flank your forces and help defeat their opponents, defense shields, anything.

well, the thor isnt just anti air, its said to be anti air. but its really an all-around unit. yes its ground attack was nerfed but its still pretty good. in the official sc2 forums, i remember karune saying that the thor was not cost effective against air units (beside zerg flyers) unless they are clustered, maybe this means that the thor is pretty decent against ground too.  plus in the video, they were able to fight against siege tanks in siege mode...

couple things in this video annoy me... for one I really hope they redo the voices. Sounds extremely dumb. #2 the computer voice, sounds stupid as well. Also the battle cruiser moves like a toy boat.

well units dont cluster as much in sc2 as in sc1. in sc1, u could stack air units, but in sc2 it will be a lot harder to do that
