This game is soo much fun. I have Civ 4 and 5 on pc, and while those are great games, I love the battle animations for Civilization Revolution. Like the gameplay trailer stated, "You never see the same fight twice."

I read somewhere that combat in civ rev is based on chance, you just got REALLY unfucking lucky. Obviously there are factors that can influence a fight in your direction, but it's still based on chance.

no, civ rev combat is based on defnce and attack numbers. ive seen archers take out planes, which wouldnt happen in real life.

I usally go for horseman and kill at least on enemy civ. In the meantime I build 2 or 3 production cities and all other cities I have are for sience or gold.

you gota look at the tech tree thing. it will tell you what to do like. go to the tech that gives you modern day infantry and itll show a long list of what you gota get first

dude play around with the other civilizations though keep a strong defense base on all off your cities, on  the cities make sure u got high science and try to last all the game like that its a little hard but when you make an army that's highly advanced that destroys your enemies it's just beautiful

This is no big deal. You were using modern weapons against a race that uses swords and such. This is no big victory. Would you please put a video up with you fighting with other computer controlled AI that has the same tech as you. Otherwise they're going to get owned every time.
