@genungapearl I think that was Luke Youngblood, he played Lee Jordan in the Harry Potter series and Ben from Tracy Beaker. He was one of the original simbas :)

Julies idea always was that since Mufasa needed to have a very heart-to-heart conversation with Simba about a very serious topic, he needed to strip himself of his crown. In this way, it would not be the formality of a King speaking to the young Prince, but instead, a much more intimate and poignant discussion between father and son.
