To really appreciate taiko one has to be at a venue at which they are performing. Though it is nice to see it this way it does not do taiko any justice as one truly as to "experience" taiko; the energy of it. If you search Kodo is doing a world tour now and may be coming to your town soon.

Muslims don't allow any other instruments but a middle eastern instrument called the duf, it's kind of like a drum head w/o the barrel...haha, but it's really a nice instrument. i love the drums, but TAIKO! is another story, it's this massive movement or soemthing lol madd props to those performing here =D
