Steiner was a freakin' massive muscle bully...opponents had to know they were gonna manhandled by his brute strength. When he wanted to hurt somebody, he really got vicious. Sting and DDP took a number of beatings from the BIG POPPA.
Loved the suplex reversal into a scorpion deathdrop from Sting at 6:23! The deathdrop obviously wasn't seen as a finisher when this match took place. Also it's a great shame Steiner can't wrestle like that now. He would have had at least one TNA World Title reign by now if he could. Stinger's the main man though. Glad he didn't ever go to WWE(F).
Steiner was so friggn' strong here, it's just unreal. And here' he's not even flexing his muscles to show off. He was a bodybuilder with a lot of agility and aggression. No wonder he was so awesome as a wrestler. Watch from 6:55 to 7:01. That's why i liked Steiner so much. He was so strong, and he threw opponents around like ragdolls. Looks like he could break some neck with that move. Fun to watch a strong dude like Steiner not care if he hurts people....reminds me of Hawk in the mid 80s.
I'm sorry, but at 2:59 - What the fuck is a back-to-back suplex?!? I don't know if Eric Bischoff just messed up while commentating or just doesn't know that there is no physical way to perform a back-to-back suplex. Maybe he meant belly-to-back or some other variation?
I really miss this. This is when wrestling was wrestling to me. I was only five then so I didn't really know too much, but I've been a wrestling fan since age 2. You look at these guys then, and then you see how much they've aged. Man time goes by fast. This makes me wish I could go back and re-live these great moments.

The Blade Runners! That would be awesome! What if warrior signed with TNA for a while and teamed with sting again? I've seen what Warrior looks like now and he's still pretty muscular for his age. Sting still has that fire he had that's for sure.

I liked WCW because they had all-out brawls that got the crowd pumped. Now you see security break up all the good stuff. I'm glad he didn't go to WWE . I like WWE too, but they would've destroyed Sting's Character. I think Christian is being treated like crap. I read that Vince don't want him in money in the bank because he don't think he is a main eventer.

Dolph Ziggler vs Sting in his surfer look would be awesome. Also, Scott Steiner in this era before Big Poppa Pump vs Jack Swagger would be nice.

Even back in '96 Steiner had more muscle mass than anyone else. Best moves and most powerful physique in wrestling.
