As far as I remember, there are only 4 places in the game with decompression windows:

Chapter 3, the Unitology Recruitment Center shown in this video.

Chapter 4, the church where you have to power the door and slow it with kinesis to pass further.

Chapter 7, in the giant room before the Solar Array station.

Chapter 9, when you take the elevator up and encounter the exploder and slasher.
