  • Reflex packaging looks pretty nice with the sort of rainbow foil on the tub, but ive heard things about the taste being not quite as good. What are your views on PhD Pharma Whey HT+?

  • ......and he isn't tensing at all through this video

  • it's that dude from skins :D

  • @steveOo0o - NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! however i am aware there is a similarity in appearance. some old people think i look like tom cruise though. however old people sometimes cant see so well.

  • @steveOo0o thats what i thought

  • helo mate is there any stacks i can buy wheather it be on one brand like reflex or something else? i would just rather by in bulk rather than then seperately ??

  • im ripped now

  • I've just bougth this one, but havent tried yet. I wonder if it is as good as 100% Whey Protein Gold Standard?

  • I just bought this reflex but natural whey, it says 25g - 90 servings, also it says on the back take to measures(around 25g) and mix with water. So i don't get it, if it's two measures so i should take 2 x 25g scoops and mix with 300ml water or skimmed milk, but then it's not 90 servings, it's 45 servings then, i just don't get it. After workout how much this reflex should i mix, 50g or 25g? It's confusing..

  • @involverrrrr 1 scoop is 25ml not 25g.

  • @maccsta 25g = 25ml you daft twat.

  • @xGunno You stupid cunt, only for water. a 25ml scoop of whey is about 13 grams. Who looks like a daft twat now!

  • @maccsta nope your wrong mate

  • @xGunno - please no arguing on here. a scoop is a measure of volume not weight so dependant on how tightly you pack the powder into the scoop or what depth of the tub you scoop it from will change the weight of powder in it. a scoop is 70cc and will hold roughly 25g powder if it is scooped properly with the powder fairly dense inside.

  • @xGunno No I'm not. I have some reflex whey here and just measured out 1 scoop and it weighs 13 grams on digital scales.

Which is in line with what they say for the directions on the label. 2 25ml scoops = 25g.

25 ml of water = 25g depending on the temperature of the water. Look it up, or try it on scales yourself.

  • @maccsta Fair do's lad

  • @xGunno hes not lol

  • @involverrrrr Mixing two 25g scoops is 1 serving :)

  • monstersupplements is listed on (reflex instant whey powder dot co dot uk)as one of their p rice comparison sites, along with a load of others - recommend getting it from there to make sure your getting best deal

  • Natural Whey is better

  • @Gidis96 hey man, so logically this reflex is much much better then optimum gold standart this days as it natural, gold standart not natural anymore, they created another natural thing oat&whey so i think i'll get that for breakfast and reflex natural whey after training, is this ok?

  • @involverrrrr No,better eat proper food on breakfast. Just drink 40 minutes before u going to the gym.And actually u can drink before going to sleep.Because it contains a lot of proteins,so u can not harm your stomach, differently of proteins with many Carbo....

  • @Gidis96 why oat&whey is good for qiuck breakfast, proper brekfast is oatmeal anyway or eggs with no fat organic bacon or turkey bacon, but would i cook that everyday lol, nooo

  • @involverrrrr I prefer Cottage cheese. But oat its not bad

  • creatine should be taken with a low GI sugar to get the most out of it, not whey that also has l-glutamine. glutamine will "fight" with creatine to get home. Guys try Reflex Natural whey its got all the goodness without cancer causing chemicals that many companies use. MonsterSupplements do sell Reflex Natural whey. elite supplements is who i use that are really good.

  • Which would you recomend this our maximuscle promax

  • @Dkingofcharleville

Definitely not maximuscle products, far too costly for anyone needing more than one serving a day. Better stuff out there.
