Hi mate
Personally I prefer 12 - 20reps for arms with light weights. But you can do a heavier weight for 6-10 reps.
There is no right or wrong way. Whatever works best for you. So try both or alternate and see what gets the best results.

Good vid, mate, do u prefer heavy weights low reps or low weights heavy reps for always or occasionally or just to pump? bit confused!
