  • too gooddd

  • a wood burning stove would be better than natural gas. natural gas can give food a certain taste especially if you are using propane lpg

  • That's awesome o.O I've never seen that before.

  • Feeling hungry now :)

  • My mom has canada whole wheat flour which I don't like.I prefer the whole wheat flour you have.I'm multiracial caribbean and I have indian background too.I wish that my roti would come out good as your roti.

  • i'm going to get myself a tawa on ebay.

  • very nice, im very hungry now.

  • Great , I Enjoyed Watching it

, Is our Food safe Dep Approving it for Sale this kind of making ? I Doubted !

By The Way Thanks For Uploading it , its worth while

  • can u help me. when a make my chapatis they are coming out hard and crisppy

  • The flour needs to be quite fine. Also, it is not easy to get it to puff so easily, even with the right flour. The dough needs to be the right consistency too. I will look forward for the french bread recipe.

  • @khandelia well great. The ballooned perfectly. I want to know where from you got that griddle (tawa). I want to have one how much it will cost.

  • Looking at the video again i am sure my flour isn't correct-though i asked an Indian boy in the supermakrket yesterday. (I dont think he really knew though!)

I can show you a recie for French sweet bread. I am putting up vidoe soon!

  • Thank you for replying. I made some this morning for breakfast. They tasted good but did not puff up and i think the flour may be the problem.

The flour I have is wholemeal flour, which is a bit brown and may not be correct. What do you think. I will look to see where Kolkata is! I see Kolkata is what we know here as Calcutta-name has changed now. Population larger than London i see.

    Thank you

  • excellent! can you speak any English though to tell us ingredients etc. Love the traffic of Delhi(?!) in the background

  • The ingredients are only whole wheat flour, water and a little bit of salt while making the dough. The difficult part is the art of what you are being shown in the video.

I do not think there is any traffic. If any, its from Kolkata, not delhi
