Stayed at Tuscan Ridge November 2008, not this villa but on same sub division, really good place to stop and all the villas are well kept, the area is well positioned for all big roads. Bob Evans restaurant nearby & Publix shop. Loved it here, want to go back. Davenport is a good spot to stay. Love it at Tuscan Ridge.

For anyone interested ive stayed at Tuscan Ridge, not this villa but another. T/R is very nice area in Davenport, major road links nearby, Publix supermarket & eating places close by Dennys, Applebys, Bob Evans etc... Very nice area to stay. I stayed in November 2008 & the weather was amazing. Was in Florida for thanksgiving so it was very busy. Stayed at Clermont September 2009 & weather was even better but Davenport is a nicer area. Beautiful villa in this video.
