Great video! If you really think about it, isn't it so much to jump righ back into weight loss mode and loose 6 lbs rather than making that initial step to loose 100? I like your approach. You don't have to live like a munk but as soon as yo see a problem, take care of it. Great job!

I love the iPhone app too. It's easy cause it's always with you and it definitely helps! I appreciate these postings because I do wonder what it's like once you get there and then the weight creeps up. Thank you for showing the way!
