How to get to Pewter city -

Get ALL the 8 gym badges from johto

Defeat the elite four

You will get a ticket to Kanto

Do the power plant thingy... ( search internet for more info ;) )

Defeat Gym 1 & 2

Now go to that city... upper left of kanto..

You won't be able to reach the cities of Kanto until you defeat the Elite 4, & get the ship ticket.

To get past the RageCandyBar Guy, you have to go to Goldenrod City and drive Team Rocket out of the Radio Tower. But before you can even do that, I think you have to first complete the Lighthouse quest in Olivine City. You must get medicine from the shopkeeper in Cianwood for the Amphy that's sickypoo.

That's why the dude suggests that you go "sightseeing" at these locations.

He is in Pewter City, to wake up Snorlax you need to go to the power plant and talk to the manager. Then go to Misty's gym and a rocket grunt will be there. beat him, and then go to route 24 and he'll be there again. Now beat him again, he'll give you the thing missing from the generator at the power plant. give it to the manager. Now go to snorlax and go to ur pokegear. go to the radio and point the thing at the top so it says pokeflute exit after about 5 seconds and he'll attack you.

the cop will ask you for help then go cerulean city gym, I wont tell you why because I dont want to spoil it for you, But after you're done the quests go to celadon city in the kanto radio station and talk to a old man with a brown hat and brown suit, he'll give you the kanto radio attachment. Then go back to vermillion and play one of the pokethemes for the snorlax to wake up, fight it, catch or defeat it doesnt matter, then the digglett's cave can

Okay there's a third route, You go to vermillion city and you go near the diglett's cave, you'll see a snorlax. to get past him you have to do two quests

get a clefairy doll from the man in the pokefan house in vermillion city and bring the doll to the girl in the purple house in saffron city (go to saffron city first, then talk to the pokefan)

After that go to the power plant near a route in cerulean city, and talk to the guy near the generator, then leave, then the cop will ask you to help.
