If Josh Smit is a nationaly registered EMT (what ever that is, I don't recognize that in Australia) he would at least be able to spell 'KNOW' . I work in ER in Australia. Your info is OK. I think one has to be careful not to take too much stuff, remember it all has to go on your back. Sometimes traveling light and fast and utilizing a window in the weather is better than carrying lots of gear. Everything is a trade off. Cheers. PS, peroxide is CYTO toxic... kills cells.

Good job on your First Aid Kit. I wouldn't worry about 'touching' the wooden tongue depressor. Typically they are used for oral examination (mouth, throat, etc.) but they can be also used as finger splints to 'buddy tape' injured fingers to adjacent uninjured fingers. Coban dressing/self-adhesive wrap works great with buddy taping as well as padding the tongue depressor with some type of gauze, like 2 x 2s or 4 x 4s. Cheers!

Umm I dont want to seem pushy, but those cold compresses run out fast, so I would recommend at least 2 but that is just me.

What I do is to share MY thoughts and products, if you dont like it DONT WATCH IT! and finaly the i didnt see you post anything to help the people??? and no my kit is not crap i only say what i do know about and am quite honest about what i dont know. And looking at your video it does not say EMT it says basic first aid and dont have a go at me for saying this beacause i know nothing about first aid only the basics this person gave up there time to make this video so why dont you go make a video before Trolling other peoples videos.

Yes, Benzalkonium Chloride & Lidocaine HCI which is in the Antiseptic Wash is much better for your minor cuts than Peroxide. Peroxide is hard on your skin and sido toxic. However peroxide is good if you need to know if a cut is infected or not.
