How can I get other types of sounds not found in garageband? Sound that are played with the keyboard like traffic, violins etc. I have the same gargeband you have here but yours looks like you have more stuff.

My suggestion is merely to express the actual terminology, as aposed to calling out what you see as someone with no experience would describe the various aspects of tools and whatnot within the program. Seeing as how you're making a video, the main idea is to be informative. Tell the audience what EQ stands for, what changes exactly take place when you mess with those "manual things." Any one can open the window up and call out what they see. I'm sure you're experienced well enough regardless.
