I only saw 1 police present up ahead where the road narrows to 1 lane (watch video 2 of 2). Eventually the cop turned around and headed up the on ramp following all of these guys. For the next 20 mins in traffic, no other cops were seen.

Sure are some idiots heading the wrong way on a on ramp! Cops should've been monitoring this stretch of highway as it's prone to flooding though.
