If there was no torture/waterboarding, vids and photos, then there would be nothing to defend ! The issue of who knew what when is just a distraction from the real issues here and that is Did the US and Allied governments ignore international law and commit War Crimes ? YES or NO ? If so then those involved should be held accountable. No one person should be above the law.

Well, it is a bit more complex than that. Is waterboarding torture? Yes. Should Americans do it? No.

Nevertheless, Pelosi has made an accusation that needs to be supported by evidence.

I am not naive and know that the CIA has misinformed congress and the American people on several occassions, but not in this case.
