Desmond Wolfe is the shit PERIOD!! He looks like one hell of Heel. Hopefully they make him the "Randy Orton" of TNA. Hopefully he becomes the TNA world champion. It's VERY rare to see a wrestler make his debut by fueding with the best wrestler to date.

i have to say there match at final resolution the three degrees of pain match was one of the best matches i have seen in my life, although at the end as angle was escaping the cage and Wolfe was lying in a pool of his own blood barley conscious you still have to give Wolfe some credit, not many wrestlers can go that far with Kurt angle, i think Wolfe is going to have a great carrier, i would like to see him grab the global title from Eric young.
Stuff like 1:40-2:04 is the stuff TNA needs to avoid in my opinion. They have WWE in talent and wrestling ability wise, stick with what got you to the dance. It just looks silly and stupid how Wolfe is screaming at Angle "I'll end you!" That's just my opinion.

Its a lariat not a clothesline, you swing into a lariat whereas a clothesline is just an arm extension. Plus some of the stiffest wrestlers use lariats like Stan Hansen, Kenta Kobash, Satoshi Kojima, Chris Benoit. Simple is usually better, I would never mark out for a 630 splash.

I forget his name in Japan but you can see Desmond Wolfe matches here from Japan. He actually has tons of moves and most of them are lethal. His regular closeline is nasty but you really have to see the one he did in Japan, I mean wow.

Stuff like 1:40-2:04 is the stuff TNA needs to avoid in my opinion. They have WWE in talent and wrestling ability wise, stick with what got you to the dance. It just looks silly and stupid how Wolfe is screaming at Angle "I'll end you!" That's just my opinion.

Impact is not close to RAW, it's closer to ECW, which no one watches. And yes, Big Shows finisher is a punch, and I dislike that. But ti's not believeable that Desmonds clothesline would knock out Kurt Angle. The crowd seemed to agree with me, they hardly reacted to the clothesline

Its a lariat not a clothesline, you swing into a lariat whereas a clothesline is just an arm extension. Plus some of the stiffest wrestlers use lariats like Stan Hansen, Kenta Kobash, Satoshi Kojima, Chris Benoit. Simple is usually better, I would never mark out for a 630 splash.

"Don't mean shit"? remember it was not long ago JBL was using a clothesline from hell (lariat) as his finisher. They use it because they know the tradition of it, such as Stan Hansen breaking Bruno Sammartino's neck back in the day at MSG with a lariat. It took a long time for Show to figure that out but the science can somewhat support it. Big dude, huge hands, and the science of how to throw a punch. The bigger the guy, the stronger the force. Especially if his opponents are smaller.

it reminds me of nikita koloff's Russian sickle for us older folks that was a powerful closeline even more than a closeline from hell or lariat but I never seen anyone carried out from sickle but lets rember kurt has a bad neck to start with that has somthing to do with it I would love to see wolfe vs koloff that would be a dream match but koloff is old and retired now but that would have been great if both were in there prime I would mind seeing the hammer on wolfe too.

PS - Honestly, I have never heard of this guy Wolfe, but I don't care how much you put into a clothesline or how intense it looks, I cannot see it as a credible as a finisher like that. It's Nigel McGuiness form ROH, the clothesline after the little thing in the ropes is supposed to build momentum for the clothesline and he uses the ropes thing to be able to pull the clothesline 'out of nowhere' like if his opponent whips him to the ropes, he'll do that shit in the ropes and come back with this clothesline, but I agree about the terrible editing.

Some people say that professional wrestling is fake. Yes, they have their characters and alter egos for sure. As well as the stories and actions are practiced and scripted.. Heroes, antiheroes, underdogs, lone wolves. Yet, you must learn to take falls and even absorb them. You have your share of cuts bruises, injuries. You have to be in shape and have a basic knowledge of holds, moves,cues, patterns and the scripts too. Timing is essential. They certainly are athletes and stuntmen too.
