Well, I like it. He's stepping in while the sensei is stepping out. I would've probably twisted his elbow a little more. That's how I like it. :)

At 0:27 did he say eight (8) directional throw ?? He means 4, right ? Ichi, ni, san, SHI - shihonage, 4-way throw.

Think about omote and ura versions as well. That counts to eight.

also it's not 8 directional it's 4... hence shi in shihonage. Honestly horribly executed.

its is not done right... probably got changed by the sensei... watch my sensei Hans Goto he brought aikido to america was trained by Saito sensei (who was trained by O'sensei)
